Our Story
The idea for Fix-It Buddy came from two builders who saw a growing need — homeowners were struggling to find dependable, skilled help for everyday projects. With decades of combined experience in construction, design, and project management, Joe Evangelisti and Brian Brogan decided to take the systems, standards, and values they’d built their careers on and apply them to a local, homeowner-first service. Together, they launched Fix-It Buddy: a trusted South Jersey handyman service built on integrity, experience, and genuine care for the people they serve.

Joe Evangelisti
Joe grew up in South Jersey construction, following in his father’s footsteps on job sites from a young age. That early experience taught him the importance of hard work, craftsmanship, and follow-through — values he carried into his service in the U.S. Navy Construction Battalion (The Seabees).
After returning home, Joe continued his career in building and home improvement, leading teams and developing projects across the region. Today, he brings that same discipline, leadership, and attention to detail to Fix-It Buddy — ensuring every project, big or small, gets done right the first time.

Brian Brogan
Brian’s passion for construction runs deep. Growing up in a family of builders, he learned early what it means to take pride in your work and treat every customer like a neighbor.
With decades of experience managing teams and complex building projects, Brian is known for his steady leadership and commitment to craftsmanship. As COO, he focuses on what matters most: delivering dependable service and quality results to every homeowner Fix-It Buddy serves.
When he’s not on-site or overseeing operations, you’ll find Brian spending time with his family, supporting community causes, or cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles.
